Refunds

Payment
All orders must be paid in full when the order is placed. Work on your order begins only after full payment is received.

Supply fee
Part of every item's price is a non-refundable supply fee. It covers the blanks, thread, stabilizer and other materials we buy and prepare for your order. Each product page lists its fee:

• Baby Bib: $5

• Burp Cloth: $6

• Pacifier Clip: $6

• Knot Hat: $6

• Sleeper Gown: $12

• Collared Bodysuit: $13

• Keepsake Crest Blanket: $22

• Full Gift Set: $50

 

Returns and refunds
Every item is custom-embroidered to order, so we can't accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, sizing, or spelling that was entered wrong at checkout. Please double-check your personalization before you place your order.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, or we made a mistake on it, contact us within 7 days of delivery at shirley@decothread.com with your order number and photos. We'll remake the item or refund it, not including the supply fee.

Cancellations
You can cancel an order before we start stitching it. You'll get a refund minus the supply fee. Once production has started, an order can't be cancelled.

Refund timing
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow extra time for your bank or card company to post the refund.
