Production time
Every Deco Thread item is custom-embroidered to order in Tennessee. Please allow 7–10 business days for your order to be stitched and shipped. Larger orders and gift sets may take a little longer — we'll email you if so.
Shipping
We ship within the United States using USPS and UPS. Shipping cost is calculated at checkout. Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with tracking information. Most packages arrive 2–5 business days after shipping.
Christmas orders
To receive your order before Christmas, please place it by December 10. Orders placed after December 10 are not guaranteed to arrive by December 25.
Address accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address entered by the customer. If a package is returned to us, we can reship it once the customer pays the new shipping cost.
Lost or damaged packages
If your package is marked delivered but you can't find it, or it arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery at shirley@decothread.com and we'll help you file a claim with the carrier.
Payment
All orders must be paid in full when the order is placed. Please see our Refund Policy for details on the non-refundable supply fee.
